News just in. A La Fu has finished his latest project that he has been working on (and off with) for the past few years whilst juggling life, loves, music and more life. The artwork for the important book to accompany the release has been designed by London town’s legendary Remi/Rough and is being screenprinted as we speak by our friend and artist Lyndsey Gibb. Choose Your Own Adventure is the working title and it is based on the role-playing stories we may have read when we were kids and is essentially a vast mix tape that runs alongside a number of short narratives that place you in the role of the d.j. all of which relate to the music selections and various settings you may find yourself in when playing records in public, whether touring , in clubs, bars, festivals and even a wedding party thrown into the mix.
With over 8 hours of music drifting through many styles , Choose Your Own Adventure is a genuine insight into the weird and wonderful world of the disc jock, it’s scenarios, twists and turns and depending on what kind of person you are, it’s bitter sweet taste.
